George R. Taylor, Managing Director

George R. Taylor is a Managing Director at THL. Prior to joining to THL, Mr. Taylor worked at Alex, Brown & Sons Incorporated in the Merchant Banking Division. Mr. Taylor also worked at Putnam Investments in the Small Cap Value group as an investment analyst.
Mr. Taylor is currently on the Finance Committee of The Nielsen Company. His prior directorships include Progressive Moulded Products, Ltd., Syratech Corporation, and Warner Chilcott.
Mr. Taylor holds a B.S., cum laude, in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an M.B.A., with Distinction, from Harvard Business School.
Mr. Taylor is a member of the Director’s Circle of The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston.
