Michael P. Borom, Managing Director

Michael P. Borom is a Managing Director at THL. Prior to joining THL, Mr. Borom was a Founding Member of Impala Partners, LLC, a boutique investment and consulting firm focused on M&A, restructuring & business advisory services, private equity, and bankruptcy advisory services. Impala most recently purchased, improved, and then sold RGIS, a $700 million inventory services company; recovered over par on a $680 million Enron SPV; and, as a founding partner of a premier Indian private equity firm, raised a fourth fund of $725 million. Prior to Impala, Mr. Borom was CFO of Aetna Property Casualty, CFO of GE Mortgage, and he held a variety of positions during a 14 year career at General Electric.
Mr. Borom is currently focusing on delivering operational and strategic improvements across THL’s portfolio companies.
Mr. Borom holds a B.A., cum laude, in Mathematics from Colgate University.
